Billing¶

Subscriptions are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Manage everything at app.voltius.app → Billing.

Seats¶

• Teams / Business are seat-based.
• Add seats from Members → Buy more seats in the desktop app or Billing in the portal.
• Removing a member frees their seat at the next billing cycle.

Invoices¶

Portal → Billing → Invoices. Lemon Squeezy emails invoices as well.

Cancellation¶

Billing → Cancel subscription. Access continues until the period end. After expiry:

• Personal vault keeps working — local-first.
• Team vaults stop syncing; members can still decrypt local copies.
• Audit logs and shared sessions are disabled.

Self-host & save?¶

The Voltius server is AGPLv3 — see Self-Hosting. Business subscribers also get a Commercial License Exception.
